From design concept, to the PPAP process, and through the Production life of a part, the goal is Zero Defects to our Customers.  Our APQP Team utilizes advanced mistake-proofing devices throughout the manufacturing process including thru-beam sensors, proximity sensors, and vision systems to achieve this goal.<\/p>\n

Coupled with these mistake-proofing devices, Portland Products\u2019 extensive training program is used to make sure every employee understands what it takes to produce accurate, consistent parts. Our highly skilled operators work hard to achieve low PPM levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
